These terms govern your use of PhotoFig, including the web app, product image editor, batch workflows, API, and related services.
By creating an account, using PhotoFig, or accessing the API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use PhotoFig for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
PhotoFig provides tools for product image editing, including background removal, generated product scenes, shadows, reusable workflows, batch exports, API access, and storage for uploaded and generated assets.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure. Actions performed from your account, workspace, or API keys are your responsibility. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or API key has been compromised.
You retain ownership of images and other content you upload. You grant PhotoFig the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and deliver that content so we can provide the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and process the content you submit.
PhotoFig does not train models on your private uploaded images, generated outputs, or edited assets by default. If you enable model improvement, you grant PhotoFig permission to use selected corrected cutouts, refined masks, and related images to improve background removal quality.
That permission applies only to images uploaded or corrected while model improvement is enabled for the workspace. Earlier uploads and later uploads after opt-out are outside that permission.
Subject to these terms and your payment obligations, you may use outputs generated by PhotoFig for your personal or commercial product image workflows. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and marketplace rules.
You may not use PhotoFig to process unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, or harmful content; attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass the service; share API keys publicly; or use the service in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
Paid plans, AI credits, storage limits, batch export limits, API access, and retention periods are described on the pricing page or in your account. We may enforce technical and abuse-prevention limits to keep the service reliable. Subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. For refund requests, contact support.
API access is subject to your plan, rate limits, authentication requirements, webhook delivery rules, and fair-use controls. You are responsible for securing API keys, validating webhook signatures where provided, and designing integrations that handle retries, failures, and expired result URLs.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change features, limits, models, pricing, or these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted through the service or on this page.
You may stop using PhotoFig at any time and may delete your account from account settings where available. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the service, fail to pay fees, or expose us or other users to legal or operational harm.
PhotoFig is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
