One AI credit covers a new AI background or AI shadow. Upscaling a photo in the editor costs one credit up to 2× its size and two above that. Magic Eraser is included and uses no AI credits. Background removal uses no AI credits: the Free plan includes 30 new photos per month, background removal included, and paid plans are unlimited. Canvas composition, re-exports, and template application use no AI credits.

Yes, on every plan, including Free. Connect your store, pick product photos, edit them in Batch processing or Catalog Resize, then review each replacement and publish it back. Nothing changes in your store until you publish, and every replaced photo can be restored. Store photo publishes per month: 5 on Free, 300 on Starter, 3,000 on Pro and 15,000 on Studio, counted the same from Batch processing, Catalog Resize or the editor. Publishing the same result again is free.

You approve access in your own WooCommerce admin, and PhotoFig never sees your WordPress password. No plugin is needed. The access keys WooCommerce issues are encrypted (AES-256) before we store them. Disconnect at any time and PhotoFig deletes the keys immediately; you can also revoke them in WooCommerce under Settings > Advanced > REST API.

Catalog Resize fits a set of photos to the exact size your shop or a marketplace needs, such as a square, and keeps each photo's own background. You can adjust the framing photo by photo. It uses no AI credits; downloading the results counts toward your monthly exports, the same as Batch processing.

Each finished photo you download from Batch processing or Catalog Resize counts as one export, and so does opening one in the editor. Downloading the same result again is free, and so is adjusting it; running a template on it again counts as a new export. The Free plan includes 5 exports a month, and paid plans include more (see the table above). Publishing to your store uses store photo publishes, not exports.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations keep existing files accessible during a grace period, but new uploads or exports may be blocked until the workspace fits the new plan limits.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account downgrades to the Free plan.

Free workspaces can store up to 30 images and add 30 new photos a month. Deleting a photo frees storage, but it does not give back a new photo for that month. Your library stays available while the account remains active. If a Free workspace is inactive for a long time, we'll warn you before removing stored images. Batch and Catalog Resize results are kept for 24 hours on Free and longer on paid plans; when they include photos from your connected store, they're kept for 30 days so you can publish them.

The yearly toggle shows the current effective monthly price and savings for each plan. The full annual total is charged once a year.

PhotoFig is built for repeatable catalog production. Each AI background or shadow costs one credit and an editor upscale one or two by output size, paid plans include unlimited background removal and generous batch limits, every plan can publish to a WooCommerce store, and Pro and Studio add API access. Compare completed outputs and catalog throughput, not raw credit totals: other tools can charge several credits for one result.

No. If an AI job fails or errors out, it doesn't cost a credit - you're charged only for outputs that successfully render. Regenerating because you want a different look does use a credit each time, since each one is a new render.
